This course covers both residential additions and alterations in the 2025 Energy Code. Participants will learn how to identify the difference between an addition and an alteration in a residential building, what parts of the Energy Code may be triggered by the project, what compliance documentation is needed for each type of project, best practices for inspections for residential additions, and how to process residential alteration project permits.
